(Colwich, KS) QSI Facilities (QSI), a leading provider of facilities services, has acquired Security Source’s Lock & Hardware Division. Security Source Lock & Hardware provides, installs nd services lock and hardware equipment across North America.
This acquisition broadens QSI’s trade expertise and capabilities, providing access to high quality vendors for multi-location installation, service and support to manage clients’ day-to-day lock & hardware needs. This acquisition continues QSI’s growth in expanding their North American critical solutions capabilities for their customers.
Headquartered in Wilmington, MA, Security Source Lock & Hardware will operate as a division of QSI Facilities. Justin Wormell, the President of the Lock & Hardware division, will join QSI as a critical part of their leadership team. In that role, he will be tasked with expanding sales and service of lock & hardware products, across QSI’s national footprint.
